Must be physically fit to play cricket. Players should be free from serious injuries or medical conditions that prevent participation.
Players should have no criminal record. TDSART STUDIO LLP reserves the right to verify background information.
Must commit to participate in all assigned matches. Players who cannot attend matches should not apply.
Cannot play for multiple teams simultaneously. Players must commit exclusively to their assigned team.
Players who do not meet these eligibility criteria will have their applications rejected. TDSART STUDIO LLP reserves the right to verify all information provided and reject applications if false information is discovered.
All applications must be submitted by April 20, 2026 (11:59 PM IST). Late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All information provided in the application must be accurate, complete, and truthful. False or misleading information will result in immediate rejection.
TDSART STUDIO LLP reserves the right to verify all information provided. This may include contacting applicants or requesting supporting documents.
Applications are reviewed and approved/rejected based on merit, experience, location preference, and team balance requirements. No favoritism or bias.

TDSART STUDIO LLP reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Rejection decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
Players must attend all assigned matches. Absence without valid reason may result in suspension or removal from the league.
Players must arrive at least 2 hours before match time. Late arrival without valid reason may result in penalty or exclusion from the match.
Players must maintain fitness standards throughout the league. Coaches may assess fitness and require players to meet minimum standards.
Players must maintain professional behavior on and off the field. Unprofessional conduct may result in fines or suspension.
Players must comply with all league rules and regulations. Violations will be penalized as per the rules.
Players must wear the assigned team uniform for all matches. Failure to do so may result in match exclusion.
Players must play fairly without cheating, match-fixing, or any unethical conduct. Violations result in permanent ban.
Zero tolerance for banned substances. Players found using banned substances will be permanently removed from the league.
Players must maintain the highest standards of conduct. Respect, fairness, and sportsmanship are non-negotiable. Any violation of this code will result in disciplinary action.
Violence, match-fixing, cheating, and use of banned substances result in immediate and permanent removal from the league. No exceptions.

TDSART STUDIO LLP is not liable for player injuries during matches or training. Players assume all injury risks.
Basic medical facilities available at venues. Players responsible for own medical care and insurance.
Players should have personal accident insurance. TDSART STUDIO LLP does not provide insurance coverage.
Emergency services available at venues. TDSART STUDIO LLP will assist in emergency situations.
Players responsible for own equipment. TDSART STUDIO LLP not liable for lost or damaged property.
Not liable for third-party actions or claims. Players responsible for own conduct.

If false or misleading information is discovered during verification, the application will be rejected immediately. Players may be banned from future applications.
Each team has 4 substitutes available for use during matches. Substitutes can replace any playing member.
Substitutes have full playing rights. They can bat and bowl with same privileges as main XI members.
Substitutes used for injury replacements during match. Medical clearance required for injured player return.
Team captain decides when and which substitute to use. Maximum 2 substitutions per match allowed.
All substitutions must be reported to match officials before the player enters the field. Unauthorized substitutions will result in penalties.
