Treating all participants, officials, and staff with respect and maintaining professional conduct.
All content on the TDSART Cricket Tournament League website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TDSART STUDIO LLP or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any content from the website without the prior written permission of TDSART STUDIO LLP.
The website and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TDSART STUDIO LLP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
TDSART STUDIO LLP disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
IMPORTANT: By participating in TDSART Cricket Tournament League, you acknowledge that cricket is a physical sport that involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, and other serious injuries.

You agree that TDSART STUDIO LLP, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in the league.
TDSART STUDIO LLP will provide basic medical facilities at match venues. However, participants are responsible for obtaining their own comprehensive health insurance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDSART STUDIO LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
The total liability of TDSART STUDIO LLP for any claim arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you to participate in the league, if any.
TDSART STUDIO LLP reserves the right to terminate your participation in the league at any time if you:
Termination may result in removal from the league and forfeiture of any prizes or benefits.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
You waive any objection to venue in these courts and any claim that such action or proceeding has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation with TDSART STUDIO LLP. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings as permitted by law.
TDSART Cricket Tournament League is restricted to participants who are 18 years of age or older. By applying and participating, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Participants under 18 require parental/guardian consent and are subject to additional terms.
Application fees are non-refundable. However, the following exceptions apply:
Players can withdraw before June 3, 2026 (team announcement) and receive 80% refund
Full refund available with medical documentation if unable to participate due to injury/illness
Full refund if league is cancelled by TDSART STUDIO LLP
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TDSART STUDIO LLP, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in the league, violation of these terms, or any unlawful conduct.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Rules & Regulations, constitute the entire agreement between you and TDSART STUDIO LLP regarding your participation in the league. All prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations are superseded by these terms.
TDSART STUDIO LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the league constitutes acceptance of amended terms.
Notice: Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered participants at least 7 days before implementation.
TDSART STUDIO LLP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, or other unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, the league may be postponed or cancelled with appropriate refunds.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought on an individual basis only, and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class actions against TDSART STUDIO LLP.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these terms without prior written consent from TDSART STUDIO LLP. Any unauthorized assignment is void. TDSART STUDIO LLP may assign its rights without restriction.
The failure of TDSART STUDIO LLP to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver is effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of TDSART STUDIO LLP.
TDSART STUDIO LLP provides basic medical facilities at match venues, including:
Important: Participants are strongly recommended to obtain comprehensive personal health insurance. TDSART STUDIO LLP is not responsible for medical expenses beyond basic first aid.
Before legal proceedings, disputes must go through arbitration:
Good faith negotiation for 30 days
Independent mediator for 30 days if negotiation fails
Binding arbitration or court proceedings in Pune, Maharashtra
By accessing and using TDSART Cricket Tournament League, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the website and services.
